These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the TidyCan Alabama website and services. By accessing our website or scheduling a service, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Services
TidyCan Alabama provides residential and commercial trash can and recycling bin cleaning services in North Alabama, including Athens, Madison, Harvest, Huntsville, and surrounding areas. Service availability is subject to your location and our current service route schedule.
2. Scheduling and Appointments
Services are scheduled based on your regular trash pickup day. We will make reasonable efforts to clean your bins on or around your scheduled pickup day. TidyCan Alabama reserves the right to reschedule service due to weather, equipment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you of any changes as soon as possible.
3. Customer Responsibilities
To receive service, you agree to:
- Ensure your bins are placed curbside and emptied prior to your scheduled cleaning
- Keep pets secured and away from the service area during cleaning
- Provide accurate service address and contact information
- Notify us of any changes to your pickup schedule or service address
TidyCan Alabama is not responsible for missed cleanings due to bins not being curbside or inaccessible at the time of service.
4. Pricing and Payment
Current pricing is published on our website and is subject to change with reasonable notice. Recurring plans are billed automatically through our booking platform (MyRoutePro). By enrolling in a recurring plan, you authorize automatic billing on your scheduled frequency.
- Monthly Plan: $30 per cleaning (every 4 weeks)
- Bi-Monthly Plan: $40 per cleaning (every 8 weeks)
- Quarterly Plan: $50 per cleaning (every 12 weeks)
- One-Time Clean: $60 per cleaning
Prices are for up to 2 bins per cleaning. Additional bins may incur additional charges — contact us for details.
5. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your recurring service at any time with no long-term commitment or cancellation fee. Cancellations must be made before your next scheduled service date. We do not offer refunds for services already rendered.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the quality of your cleaning, contact us within 24 hours of service and we will re-clean your bins at no additional charge. This guarantee applies to one re-clean per service visit.
7. Limitation of Liability
TidyCan Alabama’s liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the cost of the service in question. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to bins, property damage resulting from bins being left in an unsafe location, or any indirect or consequential damages.
8. Property Access
By scheduling service, you grant TidyCan Alabama permission to access your curbside area and bins for the purpose of cleaning. We will not enter gated or secured areas without prior arrangement.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Madison County or Etowah County, Alabama.
